2nd shot of this building ( first here [link] ), different angle.

Overall over-exposed effect but that's what I like in this shot (see the details in the water you don't see on the building ?), I tried 30 seconds @ f/7.1, 8 seconds @ f/2.8 ISO 50 but I finally prefer the over-ex one

It gets a little too bright on a couple of spots on the building, but the rest of the shot makes up for it. :) (Smile)
I really love the combination of the yellow and murky green of the water.

The whole thing looks really smooth. It looks like something artificial but actually it is not.
